Unsere Selbsterzeuger sehen verschiedene L\u00f6sungen auch f\u00fcr die\u00a0<b>Kompensation von Verbrauchsspitzen<\/b> \u00fcber die Speicherung in 300 bar &#8211; Gasflaschenpacks vor. Der Sauerstoff ist dadurch in den Hintergrund ger\u00fcckt und wird heute nur noch zum Laserschneiden von Kohlenstoffstahl in gro\u00dfen St\u00e4rken und von Kupfer verwendet.\r\n\r\nDie Glasfaserlasertechnik hat auf dem Markt Laserquellen mit extrem hohen Leistungen, 8-10-12 kW, eingef\u00fchrt. Mittlerweile findet man sie in den Katalogen von fast allen Herstellern, und Quellen mit einer Leistung von 20 kW sind in der Testphase. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass sie bereits in wenigen Jahren auf dem Markt verkauft werden: Eine hohe Leistung zur Verf\u00fcgung zu haben, erlaubt den Lasermaschinen bei hohem Druck zu schneiden, und das hei\u00dft mit Stickstoff, wodurch unglaubliche Produktionsleistungen zu erwarten sind. Mit diesen Lasermaschinen erreicht man\u00a0<b>extrem hohe Schnittgeschwindigkeiten<\/b>, bis zu 7\/8 Mal h\u00f6here im Vergleich zu CO2-Lasern, allerdings nur im Hochdruckschneideverfahren mit Stickstoff. Im Bereich des Laserschneidens ist damit eine Revolution am Laufen: Mittlerweile werden mit Ausnahme vom dicken Kohlenstoffstahl alle anderen Werkstoffe unter Verwendung von Stickstoff als Prozessgas bearbeitet. Wo man gestern Kohlenstoffstahl unter Sauerstoff mit Dr\u00fccken von 0,5 bis 2 bar schnitt, schneidet man heute mit Stickstoff und Dr\u00fccken von 8,5 bis 18 bar, und wir stehen auf einmal der offensichtlichen Notwendigkeit gegen\u00fcber, die Versorgungskosten des Schneidegas unter Kontrolle zu halten. Wenn man Kohlenstoffstahl mit Stickstoff schneidet, erh\u00e4lt man einen wei\u00dfen Schnitt und eliminiert vollst\u00e4ndig den hellblauen Farbfilm auf der Schnittkante, der die Qualit\u00e4t der Vorteile bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Das <b>Laserschwei\u00dfverfahren<\/b>\u00a0wird an vielen Werkstofftypen angewendet, bei einigen mit reinem Argon oder mit anderen Gasen vermischtem Argon und bei anderen mit Stickstoff. Dabei spielt der Stickstoff in den Laserschwei\u00dfanwendungen auf edlen Werkstoffen, wie zum Beispiel nicht oxidierende austenitische Stahle, nicht oxidierende ferritische Stahle und die austenitisch-ferritischen Stahle (Duplex), eine gro\u00dfe Rolle. Hersteller von Laserquellen und Schwei\u00dfanlagen haben mit der Einf\u00fchrung der Glasfasertechnologie Anwendungen entwickelt, in denen Argon und Helium mit Stickstoff ersetzt wird und damit eine betr\u00e4chtliche Kostenersparnis und in einigen F\u00e4llen sogar erhebliche technische Vorteile erzielen k\u00f6nnen. Es wurden Anwendungen von gro\u00dfer technologischer Bedeutung im Bereich des Stahlrohrschwei\u00dfens realisiert, einige Rohrhersteller haben diese Technologie \u00fcbernommen, um ihre Produktionskraft zu steigern und den Energieverbrauch einzugrenzen.
